Codes are sent to a named firm and work once. Yours covers one report on a set within the standard size — it is applied to the first set you send.

Your bid documents stay yours. The plans, specifications and addenda you send us are never sold, shared or published — and we never lift names or contact details out of them. That is a wall, not a preference.
